Dr. Ranti Jacobs Agbaminoja is a media and communications professional, organizational leader, entrepreneur and event producer whose career has developed across Nigeria and the United States since 1996.
Visual storytelling and journalism
A visual foundation. Her professional journey began in photography at Image 2000 and progressed to Photo Palace, where she developed the visual discipline, timing and human awareness required to document meaningful moments. Her work later earned her the responsibility of serving as an official photographer for Radio Communications Nigeria (RCN), a company within the business interests of the late Chief M. K. O. Abiola. Those formative roles established a strong foundation in visual storytelling, public-facing assignments and dependable delivery.
From images to public information. Dr. Ranti advanced into journalism, public information and strategic communications. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication, with a journalism concentration, from Lagos State University and served in progressively responsible communications roles in Nigeria.
Communications and leadership
Discipline under pressure. In the United States, her career expanded into strategic communications, executive messaging, stakeholder engagement, program analysis and organizational coordination. She has supported complex communications across multiple states, preparing public-facing information, working with news media and coordinating with senior leaders, businesses and community organizations.
Mentorship that multiplies. As a media coach and tutor, she has worked with more than 50 learners on communication and presentation skills. More than five individuals have told her they chose to study Mass Communication because they saw her as a mentor. She now brings that experience to media interview coaching, public relations workshops and presentations.
Aviation security and risk-aware operations
Five years in a regulated operational environment. Dr. Ranti’s professional background also includes five years of corporate security and escort-services experience with Delta Global Services. Her training and responsibilities included controlled-access procedures, personnel and property screening, security awareness and the operation of X-ray screening equipment within a regulated aviation environment.
Security-conscious event coordination. This experience strengthens the disciplined approach she brings to access planning, qualified security-vendor coordination, VIP movement, emergency preparedness and risk-sensitive event logistics. Security services for Events by Dr. Ranti engagements are provided by appropriately qualified or licensed third-party professionals according to the project’s requirements.
Production, culture and personal style
Event production since 2008. Dr. Ranti is the CEO of Imoran Media Concepts USA and the Founder, Executive Event Producer and Luxury Style Curator of Events by Dr. Ranti. She has led and supported milestone celebrations, weddings, conferences, summits, corporate and nonprofit programs, red-carpet engagements, movie premieres and culturally significant events in the United States and international markets.
Luxury styling with purpose. Drawing on her earlier fashion-consulting experience in California, she provides Luxury Occasion Styling & Wardrobe Curation for brides, grooms, milestone celebrants, bridal parties, families, VIPs and distinguished guests. Her guidance connects wardrobe, color, fabric, accessories, headwear, footwear, fittings, Aso Ebi and beauty-team alignment to the complete event presentation.

Her approach brings together a photographer’s eye, a journalist’s instinct for story, a public-affairs professional’s command of communication and a producer’s accountability for every moving part. She leads each engagement with a clear scope, documented deliverables, trusted vendor management and attentive guest services.
